Additions

Abe and Enid Mequon

Enid and her husband Abe, wanted to build an addition that would act as a sunroom and a gathering place for friends and family. We spent many hours designing the perfect addition for their home. Being a condominium, there were many hurdles to undertake. The condominium association, architectural board and all the covenant restrictions were the most challenging. After review from the architectural board in Mequon, all the planning paid off. We were able to create a wonderful space that has been used for relaxing with a book on a rainy day to hosting family gatherings and special events. How do I know they are using the new space this way? Simply because I have been back multiple times since then and fully remodeled there master bathroom suite.

Jeff and Dawn were great customers to work with. They recently had moved to Germantown and were rapidly outgrowing the space in their home. One thing they needed desperately was a laundry area and mud room for the kids. We worked with them quite a bit upfront and designed a plan that they both agreed would meet there needs, but like so many jobs we get involved with, things change once you get the rough structure built. We ended up moving all the mechanicals across a room to relocate the washer, dryer and utility tub and creating a mud room area right inside of the garage. We were able to give them immediate pricing on the changes they wanted to make and were able to save them some pretty significant dollars.
